Although we love trees sometimes it is necessary to remove them especially it has died or suffered major damage. A tree also might be causing structural damage to a building or could be a potential threat to the survival of a heritage building. Storms can cause damage to trees resulting in unstable branches or even falling over therefore it must be managed.
We can assess whether a tree needs to be removed or if pollarding could provide a management solution. If the tree needs removing, we will carry out a full health and safety risk assessment before felling or dismantling. Sometimes it is necessary to use specialist tree removal methods with rigging, mobile elevated work platforms (mewbs) and cranes to allow for controlled lowering.
All arborists and ground staff are fully qualified with the relevant National Proficiency Test Council (NPTC). Transform Landscapes are fully insured and have public liability for £2,000,000 and professional indemnity. We take health and safety very seriously and any tree removal works will be completed to BS3998:2010 (the British Standard for Tree Works). Transform Landscapes is committed to the environment and will aim to recycle or dispose of tree waste responsibility.
